These Terms of Sale govern purchases of products on caftan68.com, operated by Caftan68. Placing an order on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
The products offered are handmade Moroccan caftans, takchitas and accessories. Photographs are as faithful as possible, but slight variations may occur, inherent to atelier work. Prices are shown in euros (EUR), tax included, excluding shipping. Caftan68 may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force when the order is placed.
Payment is made online by card (via Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The order is final only after payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the address given at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (in-stock pieces) to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and Italy. Indicative transit times are 3 to 6 working days depending on the country. Made-to-order pieces require 3 to 5 weeks of atelier work. A tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel ships.
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. Made-to-order pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code art. L221-28 / EU Consumer Rights Directive art. 16(c)). Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of a defect, write to [email protected].
These terms are subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the customer’s country. In a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. The customer may use the European online dispute-resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
